Stratford Walk

Make the most of your visit with a guided walk around Stratford to see the Shakespeare Town Houses, Royal Shakespeare Theatres and Holy Trinity Church. The guide will entertain and inform with amusing anecdotes, tales of fires, flood, plague, mediaeval cures and history of the town. Approx. 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.

Stratford Town Ghost Walk

"Witches and Ghosts and things not right,
Fire and Plague in an evil old night,
Knives and Blood and cures from hell,
Beware, Beware, the ringing bell!"

A guided walk around Stratford to unravel the stories of witches, ghosts, murder and mayhem. One of the guides is a member of 'The Magic Circle' and of Equity. Be afraid, very afraid....

Walk takes approx 1 1/2 hours

Every Thursday & Friday evening all year at 7.30 pm plus 'Halloween special' on 31 October

Places must be reserved in advance as numbers have to be limited

Walk starts from the Swan Fountain, Waterside (opposite Sheep Street), near the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
