Brian Holt, Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, opened its offices in Kenilworth and Coventry in March and April 1995, when Charles Travis and Clive James joined Brian Holt to establish a new quality estate agency to cover Coventry and Warwickshire.

Brian Holt has succeeded in achieving a significant market presence and a reputation of which the firm is justifiably proud, having now expanded to provide a specialist survey division and additional offices in Earlsdon (Coventry), Leamington Spa and Warwick.

As an independent firm Brian Holt is not owned by any bank or insurance company. Whist we can help with all aspects of buying a home, our specialism is in selling houses. Our success has been based on providing a genuine and caring service, with a management team who have many years experience of the areas in which they work. We are completely customer orientated and endeavour to look after the customer as we would wish for ourselves.
